Natural Sweet Ventures™ is a partnership between PureCircle and Imperial Sugar Company, one of the largest processors and marketers of refined sugar in the US. Both Imperial and PureCircle have rich heritages in developing proprietary technologies tied to natural, sweet products. This 50:50 joint venture is the first company to combine the benefits of two natural sweeteners (pure cane sugar and stevia) focused on the food and beverage industry. Natural Sweet Ventures provides naturally sweet, reduced-sugar sweetening solutions in North America.
NP Sweet™ A/S is a European partnership between Nordzucker and PureCircle that markets a range of stevia products and develops sugar-stevia products that combine the natural benefits of sugar and stevia to meet the food and beverage industries’ requirements for reduced calorie, natural sweet applications. Both PureCircle and Nordzucker have established track records in developing proprietary technologies tied to natural, sweet products. And working together, we have combined our strengths and vision for the sweetener market to launch innovative, naturally calorie-reduced sweetening options to customers. This 50:50 joint venture markets products to food and beverage manufacturers across Central, Northern and Eastern Europe.
Tereos PureCircle Solutions™ is a partnership between Tereos and PureCircle that develops and markets a portfolio of high purity stevia extracts and innovative sweetening solutions combining sugar and stevia extracts. Tereos is a global player in the sugar industry. In fact, it is one of the largest producers of sugar in Europe and through its subsidiary, Guarani, is the largest exporter of high grade refined sugar from Brazil. This 50:50 joint venture is focused on combining stevia’s great taste and performance synergies with sugar to provide excellent product innovation choices for global food and beverages manufacturers. Tereos PureCircle Solutions markets its products across France, Belgium, Czech Republic and Italy as well as nonexclusively in a number of other European markets. Additionally, this partnership offers products in the fast growing Brazil market.
